Job Description:


You will be responsible for the daily, commercial operation of our chemical tankers. You will take on all areas of travel and port planning through to operational coordination with port agents and our captains. In close cooperation with chartering, our SSHEQ department and ship management, you will optimise sea voyages, plan bunkers and monitor business results. In addition, you will be the first point of contact with a high level of commitment to our ships, agents and other departments to answer questions and meet challenges.


  • Completed training as a shipping clerk Ideally professional experience in operating chemical tankers
  • Very good knowledge of English
  • Good MS Office and IMOS skills
  • Organizational and communication skills

We are looking for a committed employee for our E&S Tankers as a Broker (m/f/d)

Job Description:

Your tasks:

You will negotiate freight contracts for our highly specialized fleet of chemical tankers and look after our key accounts in a professional manner. This includes maintaining and expanding customer relationships as well as regular visits. You will be required to monitor the market,   identify opportunities and conclude profitable contracts. In close cooperation with Operations, our SSHEQ department and Ship Management, you will optimise the fleet planning to ensure the best possible utilisation.

Your profile:

  • Experience in chartering tankers, preferably in the field of chemical tankers
  • Very good knowledge of English; other languages are an advantage
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills along with business acumen, ambition and commercial thinking
  • Team player mentality and result-oriented approach

Fleet Performance Manager (m/f/d)

We are looking for a dynamic employee for E&S Tankers as an Fleet Performance Manager (m/f/d).

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Main responsibility to monitor and follow up directly with the crew the operational performance of E&S Tankers vessels with strong focus on energy and bunker consumption.
  • Contribute technical expertise in development and integration of the company Performance Management System.
  • Provide feedback and support to Office departments in Vessel Performance related matters including time chartered out vessels with high focus on Energy Efficiency KPIs.
  • Drive commercial awareness on fuel optimization within the fleet.
  • Drive innovations by initiating and developing performance improvement projects in close collaboration with both shore based and shipboard organisations. - Develop and share performance reports highlighting performance trends within fleet.
  • Continually develop operational knowledge database of Vessels within Performance Management System framework.

Qualifications required

  • Preferably have sailed on sea going vessels with experience as a Senior Marine Engineer.
  • Strong technical background in operation of sea going tankers.
  • Good knowledge of Chemical Tankers operations.
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Basic knowledge of Performance Management Systems would be beneficial.
  • IT skills with hands on experience in MS Office.
  • Strong communication skills with diligent and organized work approach.
  • Fluent in English both spoken and written.
  • Ability to work efficiently with both technical and operational teams ashore and crew onboard the vessels.
  • Problem solving skills and interest in tackling challenges with innovative solution and maximizing the use of resources available.
