Your tasks: You will be responsible for the complete HR management of a specific personnel sub-area. From recruitment and contract drafting to payrolling, employee care and personnel development, you will be fully responsible for the employee life cycle of your personnel sub-area.

As a payroll professional, you will act as a sparring partner for your HR colleagues on all tax and social security issues. With your experience, you will advise the management in your area on all labour law and HR-related issues, lend a sympathetic ear to our employees and maintain a trusting working relationship with the works council.

As deputy to the Head of HR, you will take over team leadership in her absence and be available to the Executive Board as a point of contact.

You handle the usual administrative HR tasks with routine composure. As an absolute team player, you will enrich our small team of HR officers and help to ensure that all HR processes run smoothly.

Participation in HR projects and special topics as well as the continuous development and optimisation of existing HR tools round off your tasks.

Your profile: 

• Completed master's degree, preferably with a focus on HR management or comparable training
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable position, especially in payrolling
• Good knowledge of German social security and payroll tax law
• Good knowledge of MS Excel (incl. pivot analyses)
• Social competence and excellent communication skills
• Team spirit, commitment and willingness to provide service
